If you received a package but never signed up for one...

For those of you that received a package in the mail without first emailing your address to 1003, please post as much information about yourself, business, etc. that you feel comfortable sharing. Some of this may already be in one of the other threads, but it would be nice to have it all consolidated in one place without a lot of other discussion interspersed. You might also mention if your package was different that the standard package (2 pairs of sunglasses, card, and SASE).

Mine showed up out of the blue but I used to get stuff all the time back in my heyday when I was actively running http://deaddrop.us. Plus, mine was addressed to “Deaddrop” rather to me by name.
My package was different because I had an extra set of shades in one of the rolls. I think it was an error but perhaps it was related to C3 somehow?

Hi! I never signed up for a package and received one at my workplace: SEE Eyewear. It was a little white box with, I think, ten rolled up polarized sunglasses. There was a self addressed envelope, a card that said IAMBLIND with braille, and a strip of paper that asked me to share it, whoever I was, with whomever I want. That’s it. Obviously, I work in a glasses shop. We do prescription glasses and only sell our own brand. We’re in the Bev Center on level 6. Um. Visit our website seeeyewear.com, but that’s all I have for you.
