woooh, I have a real.. crazy idea, after reading your post vileweed.. well…
love is blind, fear is blind, liberty is blind..
we are blind to what we have seen…we mistrusted people in the ward, just because they were new, we have blamed others for being moles.. we went blind for our moral values, and therefor we went not only metaphorical blind, but also literal..
(it’s too philosophical, I know, but I’ve started to read the book..)
don’t now how to cure inhumanity..

the movies is not only about blindness, but also about how society crashs in times of crisis… well, and even in that time, love can develope or people need eachother to hold, kiss, have sex etc well and they don’t just need in a romantic way…blind people can do crimes to, that’s why the movie was under fire, because of the presentation of the blind society.. but turning blind from minute to another is an emergency situation, people going crazy etc..
hope somebody understands what me wants to say :o

uh, white blood cells fightig off an infection is a really good assumption, it seems at that point most logical.. it’s something contagious and your eyesight fades to white, but shouldn’t an eyedoctor be able to diagnose a cause like that?
One of the receivers told us, that her glasses smell of paint or some chemical, maybe something which cauterize your eyes, or changes the structure of your rods, so they are much more photophobic ..
and we should start soon sending in our suggestion otherwise we will all turn blind without having a chance to find a cure
